In other words we can say that Infatuation is like the excited roller-coaster of crushes. You used to get attracted or catches feelings so fast. It's when you're totally hooked and can't shake them from your thoughts. But here's the twist: it's not quite like love. Love takes its time, but infatuation hits you like a sudden hit like electricity.
It basically made you feel like butterflies in stomach ..fast heart beat..which is just for a short while. In this blog, let's explore what infatuation really means, how it affects us, and why it's not always as simple as it seems.
Explaining Infatuation
Its like a sensation of desires and rush of feelings like a train you are missing. It will make you feel happy for a while like a firework which does not last long. The attraction becomes the focus of attention and then the time passes we see the flaws and realize that they are not perfect as we thought or as we idealized them in our pov.
Reason behind this
There are two reason behind Infatuation.. firstly the fault of our human brain which basically releases chemicals like dopamine and adrenaline, give us a feelings of excitement.
Second thing is because the person you like has qualities that you admire or find attractive. Other times, it's because you're feeling lonely or sad, and liking someone makes you feel better. Infatuation can also happen when you're not sure how the other person feels about you, and you're hoping they feel the same way, and you like to play that chasing game or hard to get.
Ride of Roller-coaster
Infatuation can make us feel like we're floating on clouds,we see the person or started imagining stuffs..that even they are not.. its like wearing rose glasses for them and these things makes us overwhelmed later. After some time we might realize that the person we're infatuated with isn't as perfect as we thought, because we used to get blindfold on how great they seem or shows. This can be disappointing and confusing.
Sort out
After all we got to know that Infatuation doesn't last long .. which is temporary and doesn't lead to lasting love. It's important to know not to rush about anything and going with the flow..and also take a step back and realize whether your feelings are based on reality or just your fantasies. Because infatuation can make us do things we regret later or make us feel sad if things don't work out.
Sum up
As infatuation fades, we might find that our feelings for the person changed too. That's okay – it's all part of growing and learning about ourselves. And who knows? Maybe one day we'll find someone who makes us feel even happier and more fulfilled than we ever thought possible.
Infatuation is just one part of love, and real love takes time to develop. By being patient and staying true to yourself, you'll be ready to build meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and genuine connection.
Infatuation...which is more about how someone makes us feel, love is about how we feel about someone else ;)
So enjoy the ride, but don't forget to keep your feet on the ground!
