Breaking down the walls of isolation: Social Anxiety

Let's just make some social phobics feel comfortable on this blog ;) As we know people with social anxiety may feel extremely nervous in social gatherings or situations,but others have not that capability to detect their anxiety, lol.

Unseen struggle of discovering invisible chains of social anxiety to break it we have to unleash the confidence or reclaim the confidence towards society.

Understanding invisible chains

From everyday interactions to larger gatherings, individuals with social anxiety may experience racing heart, sweating, trembling, and even panic attacks. Embrace this power with empathy, art, music and writing to overcome social anxiety.

The root of socially anxiety comes from rejection and ignorance or negative evaluation. Past experiences, genetic and environmental factors also do contribute in this.

Neither here nor there

This paragraph is quite apart from the topic ..there is a disorder name Hyperhidrosis which is usually caused due to social anxiety or hypertension ...so my friend was diagnosed with this when she was around 14 years ..this disorder basically generates sweat on palms ..so because of this she used to get embarrass and later on she was socially awkward at that point that she was not able to talk with someone ...that's all ..no point at all !!!.. told you so :)

Seeking Support and Treatment

Some individuals experiencing mild discomfort in specific situations, while others get a hold with that fear that significantly impacts their quality of life. Social anxiety can become an issue when it interferes with daily life. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, and mindfulness techniquesthat can help individuals challenge irrational thoughts and gradually confront feared situations.

Building a strong support network. Surround yourself with understanding and compassionate individuals who uplift and empower.

Calm Down

Practice calming techniques like deep breathing exercises when you feel anxious. Try to understand about understand more about your anxiety by thinking about or writing down what goes through your mind and how you behave in certain social situations.

Overcoming social anxiety takes time like for real a lot of time. There is no quick fix at all. First of all all you have to do is replace negativity with positivity or be around with positive people who supports you with your progress.

start saying no with what you are not comfortable with ..stop hesitating and start saying yes for your choices or likes. Embrace imperfection.

Remember, you are not alone, and there is hope for a brighter, more confident future beyond the shadows of social anxiety. Don't be discouraged if you start using old behaviours. this can help using transitions, that's normal or a human nature chill ;) help is available for those who seek it.
